What is e-Rozgaar Programme? e-Rozgaar is an initiative by Government of the Punjab, under the leadership of its Chief Minister with the objective of providing training opportunities to youth to minimize unemployment using internet based freelancing. The Programme is specially designed for the unemployed youth so that they can obtain freelancing training to enhance their skills, which will allow them to earn an honorable earning online and shall facilitate in a secure livelihood in the long term.
